Terms of Service

Registration & Consultation: Patients are required to provide accurate personal data and medical history. Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Treatment Results: All procedures require Informed Consent. Medical/aesthetic results vary for each individual depending on the body's biological condition and do not carry an instant guarantee.

Schedule & Cancellation: It is recommended to arrive 10–15 minutes before the appointment. Cancellations or schedule adjustments must be informed at least 1x24 hours in prior.

Payment & Refund: All payments for completed procedures or treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable without written permission.

Patient Responsibilities: Patients must comply with post-treatment guidelines. The clinic is not responsible for complications triggered by withholding medical history or failure to follow doctor's instructions.

Documentation Privacy: Medical record photos (before-after) are stored confidentially and will only be published if the patient gives written consent.
